你用的curled是正一確用詞，但會加強表達用
the iron plate was curled up.

你另一寫法bended則是差不多摺起30度至90度才叫bend的
而且如果是彎形的捲起亦不會叫bend.

如果是彎形地捲起，板某部份仍貼地而另一邊可能受壓或受熱而捲彎
則會用roll, 同樣加up表達對比於平面升起了
the iron plate was rolled up.
但這roll字一般是指故意/刻意的主動工序，假如不知捲起的原因多會用客觀的curl。
