workmanship 是 uncountable noun. 應該使用單數動詞 (singular verb )
Kate 意見 (評價) 陳述不是現在, 可能數天前, ( stated 是 past tense)
"was" agrees with "stated".
"would redo" agrees with "replied".

Usage:

通常 workmanship 這樣用

比較很少用 compound nouns, "paved tiles workmanship" (三個字一起)
