My friend and I just established a limited company, my friend and I also the company's shareholder and director and operate the business as well , I am wondering if my company
1) need to purchase employee insurance (no other employee only me and my friend)
2) need to apply MPF account but we have no salary in company
new limited company

1) director also is a staff of the Limited. So, it need buy employee insurance. However, the charge is according with the salary. So, the fee of your will very low. You can consultant the agent for future.2) Similar, also apply MPF. However, you can writed zero salary each month. So, no MPF will charge your. Only need submit the form each monthly. I sugguset using AIA insurance. It is better for all my try!
