Now set the second derivative equal to zero and solve for "x" to find possible inflection points.
4x^3-42x^2+156x-206=0
x=9^(1/3)/2-3/(2*9^(1/3))+7/2

When x < 9^(1/3)/2-3/(2*9^(1/3))+7/2, then f''(x) < 0
When x > 0, then f''(x) > 0

Since f''(x) changes signs at x = 9^(1/3)/2-3/(2*9^(1/3))+7/2, then that is an inflection point.

f(9^(1/3)/2-3/(2*9^(1/3))+7/2) =0.34054143681
