Does she like me? If so, what should I do?

There has been this girl in my class who has been teasing me all year. ex: She stole my scissors when I was cutting something out, then, she laughed and gave them back. She also said I have nice ears (she was probably joking). But, after the school dance, she made a big move. I was standing with 3 of my friends when she said goodbye to me, hugged me, then she said bye to the rest of my friends. Then, she said bye to me again and kept glancing at me until she got into her car. Does she like me? If so, what should I do?
