Can i work in eu nations?

I have italian asilo polotoco five year document and am living in Italy in a city near swiss so can i work legally in swiss or another eu nations.

Whether or not you can legally work in another EU member state depends on your citizenship, if you are an Italian citizen it's not a problem, if you are non-EU citizen then no you can't
Your Italian visa doesn't give you the same freedoms as an Italian citizen, it ties you to Italy
If you are a non-EU citizen & you would like to move elsewhere in the EU then you start again at the bottom, find a job, acquire a visa etc

asilo polotoco or political asylum in ITALY doesn't allow you to move about n live/work in other EU nations.................

No, your document ONLY allows you to live and work in Italy. You cannot work anywhere else. Your asylum is granted for Italy and you must remain in Italy.
