Best for what? Each park concentrates on a particular philosophy and demographic.
If you like thrill rides, Magic Kingdom is the best choice.
If you like cultural highlights or engineering, Epcot is the best choice.
If you like participating in water sports, Typhoon Lagoon is the best choice.
If you like feature movies, especially the behind-the-scenes stuff, the studios is the best choice.
There is no 'best'; it's all a matter of preference.
Magic Kingdom is best for people who love classic Disney.
Epcot is best for people who love technology and traveling/culture.
Animal Kingdom is best for people who love animals.
Hollywood Studios is best for people who love movie and old fashioned Hollywood.
The water parks are best for people who love water play.
Magic Kingdom is the classic Disney park. It has the most rides and attractions, and the castle. It is full of Disney magic. I can't imagine a trip to Disney without a visit to the Magic Kingdom.
But some people certainly prefer the other parks. EPCOT is very unique, and the World Showcase there is very cool. Hollywood Studios has the best thrill rides in Disney. And Animal Kingdom is great for animal lovers.
Depends on what you're looking for. I've always liked EPCOT.
It's really a matter of opinion, but Magic Kingdom tends to have something for everyone.
"best" is only each person's opinion.
although most would agree with me that magic kingdom is the best theme park in disney world.

No question Magic Kingdom. It's got the best stuff and the second greatest theme park in the world just behind Disneyland in California which was the park the magic kingdom was based on.
It really depends on what you like. EPCOT is my personal favorite, but I have heard others say they think it is the most lame. EPCOT has the culture and cuisine of the different countries, and fun rides such as Soarin', Test Track, and Mission Mars.
Personally I think Magic Kingdom is more for if you have never been to Disney and want to see the "classic" park (this is where thunder, space, and splash mountains are), or if you have small children. As an adult who has been to Disney several times I tend to skip this park now.
If you like movies you would really like Hollywood Studios. They just updated the Star Wars ride, there's a really fun Toy Story ride, and Tower of Terror and Rockin' Roller Coaster are really fun. This is my second favorite park.
Animal Kingdom is my third favorite. Everest is a *really* fun ride and it is cool to see real animals, but I feel like the rest of the park is more for little kids.
Those are the four parks at Disney, someone else mentioned Islands of Adventure, that is not a Disney park, that is at Universal Studios which is completely separate.

Hollywood Studios- it's icon is a sorcerer's hat.
You say for witches - Probably Hollywood Studios or anything for Halloween, BTW Take note Islands of Adventures is not part of Disney World. It is a park at non Disney Universal Resorts.
Either Island of Adventures or Epcot but it depends on whos going.
