I think that you can copy the questions from your workbook or ws and do the questions first..!!! After that you can do the rev. paper for checking your understanding of these tenses..!!!

I am sorry for late to reply you and give you the paper.I don't know do you need the paper now...However I have made it already.. because of my Term test so I couldn't use the computer.Anyway I made it by using the Word and there are some picture in it.So...How can i give it to you..?
