Should I choose Art for A-level if I am not good at art?

I have been thinking of choosing Art as one of my A level subjects. I am not sure if it's a right choice since it can be so time consuming and my art skills aren't that great afterall, especially painting. (just some random doodling/unfinished work). Is it not going to be a wise decision if I choose art, since I don't have an 'artistic' side?

Why would you waste a precious a-level doing art? Its a weak subject amongst the rest, and as mentioned previously, you state that you are not good at art, so what's the point? They are not going to babysit you and say colour this box and paint that wing, you are supposed to show off your skills! What are you going to show? A record of bad skills? Then that is your ticket to hell- your ticket to getting a U if that is what you want. I'm sorry if I came across as rude but I am simply stating the true facts of reality...
