同埋仲有一樣野提下你,裝cctv其實就冇邊條法例可以直接入罪,大至上有2個形式可以算係有關連,一係建築物條例,二係私隱條例.前者就好難去搵到有咩地方會犯規,後者就要涉及收集資料既層面,例如佢只係影低而無錄低,法理上都冇問題.
