I do not finish 是現在式。 現在式可能代表一， 現在發生的事； 二， 真理。 i have not finished 是現在完成式， 意思是直至現在還在做的事。
以句子的意思， 是到現在還未完成， 所以應該是現在完成式。
這不關被動與主動。
