3ds emulator? X&Y is out already?

Of course it's fake. Did you not notice the download is A. not hosted by the site itself and B. asks you to complete offers to download? That's pretty much a dead giveaway that it's BS.

The 3DS hasn't even been properly hacked yet so there's no chance anyone's going to have figured out how to emulate it because that would require knowing how the system works exactly. This may sound surprising but emulation is actually VERY difficult to do. Even stuff like NES emulation is tricky to pull off perfectly, and from there game systems only get more complex and harder to emulate via software.

Regular DS emulation is pretty good but not perfect because you can't emulate EVERYTHING the DS can do, and there's virtually no support for DSi features or DSi enhanced games yet. 3DS emulation is still probably a few years off.
