點解BEARS要加S呢?

The sentence will be correct even with bear but play with somebody not with toys.

Better English will be.

She likes playing dolls and Teddy bears. She has a lot of toys.

(dolls & bears) = she likes all kinds of dolls and Teddy bears.

She likes playing dolls with her sister.
She likes playing teddy bears with her friends.

She likes to play with her doll. (She has only one doll.)
She likes to play with her teddy bears, too.
She has a lot of toys. (including a doll and teddy bears)

'She likes playing with teddy bears' means she plays with all teddy bears, instead of a specific bear.
Btw you should add an 's' after the word 'doll' as well...

The reason why you have to add "s" after the noun bear is because she might be playing with more than one.

Barbie 是 trademark,
Barbie doll 是 countable noun, 可加 -s
She likes playing with Barbie dolls and teddy bears. She has a lot of toys.
