how to move all contacts + emails to other emails?

i want to move my email to another email, i'm currently using yahoo mail and want to change to gmail for higher convience, so, is there a way to move all my emails from my inbox of my yahoo mail + concacts, can i do that?

There is no way to move email other than forwarding one at a time. Contacts can be exported and imported.ℬ ℋ
