求減肥方法!!15點!!!

我而家中二,158cm,61kg
想減到50-52...唔知有什麼方法可以減到TT 同埋要減幾耐???

Eat more healthy food and eat less unhealthy food.
Do more exercise that you are keen on.
For example, you can try swimming,cycling, walking,etc.
Walk more stairs instead of using lift.

多菜少肉,一個禮拜做兩次運動,時間五個月
