as at night,the plant dont have sun for doing photosynthesis.so they need to use up the energy that save during the photosynthesis to keep their life.

so all the plant as same as us to breath and released the CO2(carbon dioxide) at the night.

samson should set up two box for the test:

one box have a plant,and a mouse,and set up a light for the plant to do photosynthesis

another box shouldnt set the light,but same as box1,there have a plant and mouse inside the box

after one or two night,you should check the blood oxygen level during the mouse.
the mouse in the box1 their blood oxygen level should be high than box2 mouse.

so it can achieve the aim
