簽左臨約, 之後幾日發現個廚房係無入則(由非開放變成開放廚房), 仲有五日要簽正式買賣合約, 我應該點?
(我呢邊律師有CHECK 過, 個業主話買入時已經係開放式廚房<-但其實無人知幾時開放左的,因為無記錄)
睇樓時,無人講過個開放式廚房是無入則的, 依家應該點做?
1. 是否都仲要簽正式買賣合約,比埋餘下35萬大訂?
2. 業主無講, 經紀無講, 佢地是否隱瞞我? 佢地其實是否有責任講我知?
3. 如果我簽埋正簽買賣合約, 係咪即係一定要買??
4. 正式成交埋後,如果有投訴, 可否追究返業主? <-但佢收曬錢, 走左都唔知點搵得返佢.
5. 如果我依家唔繼續簽正式買賣合約,唔比埋餘下大訂,得唔得(因為D 事未清楚)?
