Can i apply for welfare?

If i'm 18 and unemployed,in QC atm and i have to find adult school here but its been hard so i wanna go back to ON and finish school there,so i will be on my own..can i get welfare?

Students are not eligible for welfare. Why is this under Immigration? If you are an immigrant (any non-Canadian citizen) who cannot support yourself, you have to return to your own country.
