移民到澳洲、澳洲買樓(Mel/Adelaide)一問

男朋友早前興起,話想去Working Holiday。仲話去到租屋住。

我睇過其實都大喇喇$130-150澳紙一個禮拜,所以突然諗不如買層樓仲好。

想問
1.) 非澳洲本地居民買樓可以同銀行按幾多成?會唔會同本地人唔同?
(聽人講俾兩成首期就ok?)

2.) 非澳洲本地居民買樓有無咩條件限制?例如一定要買new dwelling?

3.) 男朋友本身排緊公屋,如果喺AU有層樓會唔會影響佢?
