中國是不是一個民主國家？急！20點！

我認為最少要全民教育率90%以上。
全民對政治的認識在98%以上。

沒受到教育, 怎樣看歷代政黨的管治結果。
不管政治怎樣知道政策的好壞。

沒受教育, 又不懂政治的話, 只會受群眾影響, 收取利益去投票。
這些人到投票的瞬間, 往往都不知道為什麼自己要支持該侯選人。

所以這就是民主嗎?

我認為不是。

民主投票, 最少每個投票人都要清楚什麼是政治, 清楚每個侯選人的政策的影響, 清楚每個侯選人的特點。
這樣投出來的結果才是民主。
所以中國沒有進行民主投票的條件。

中國算不算一個國際強國 (great power) ?

Soft power includes a country's value, (political) system, culture and living standards. In your question on China's political system, you are referring to China's soft power and whether its soft power is sufficient to qualify it as a great power.

To cut the long story short, you can just check what is the net emigration number (ie. number of emigrates from China less number of immigrants into China) to assess the soft power of China. If there are more people migrating to China than leave, obviously she is more attractive than other countries and vice versa.
