非婚生子爭取撫養權

我有一仔一女係非婚仔女,我仔出世紙沒有爸爸名,女出世紙就有爸爸名,我現在同男朋友分開,佢可吾可以同我爭取撫養權,同佢有冇探視權??

凡屬兒童的父母,皆有探親權,探親的次數及具體安排由法庭判定.
至於撫養權的爭取,法庭會以兒童的利益為依歸,即父母哪一方的條件較好,較能提供兒童更好的成長環境,便會判歸那一方撫養.

Unless the father has victimized the child in domestic violence, there is absolutely no way that the father will not grant visitation right at the least.
Also - the right is to the father only, not his family. But it is up to the father to bring to the child to the family.
