What wrong word in below sentences?

Dear Mr Rose,

1. It was a pleasure to meet you the other day. I was very grateful
2. that you were able to find some times in your busy schedule to visit us.
3. I thought it should be helpful if I put on paper some of the points we
4. agreed on at our meeting and indicated some with the action points.
5. We agreed which my company will act as your agent in northern
6. Europe. As your agent, we will operate on a commission basis. We will
7. charge you on the rate of 20% for sales up to 2 million Euros. On sales above
8. such figure we will charge commission on a sliding scale up to a maximum
rate of 25%

4. agreed upon in our last meeting and stressed some actions as required.

7. charge you at the rate of 20% for sales up to 2 million Euros.
8. On sales above such figure, we will charge commission on a sliding scale up to a maximum rate of 25%.

3. Same as above, the thought is "now", not when you met.
4. Same as above, although the points were agreed upon in the meeting, your indication of the action pointss are done now.

6. operating on a commission basis is a "routine practice" for this company, as an agent, so present tense should be used.
8. We have to use either "such figures" or "such a figure". In this case "2 million euros" is one figure.
