Global warming refers to an increase in the global average temperature. Scientists and environmentalist discovered that the global average temperature and sea level has gone up, the number of cold nights and days are also decreasing.
Green house effect is one of the reasons causing global warming. Greenhouse gases including carbon dioxide and methane, would trap heat released from the sun and in the end increase the earth's temperature. These greenhouse gases are actually emitted through burning coal, burning garbage and deforestation. They can be produced by factories too.
Global warming would lead to different climatic changes and affect the world's ecosystems. Humans may suffer from diseases or food shortages as well.
However, we can ease these problems by using renewable power resources like solar power or wind power. And the awareness of the public should be raised through education too.
