這三句都對，但只是用了假設法過去式，與假設法過去完成式

if i had time , i would see a movie.
if i have studied hard , i would have been a doctor.

這兩句用了假設法過去式（即從屬子句用了過去式動詞），其意是表示與現在之事實相反的想像。

第一句的意思是：假如我有時間，我會去看電影（但事實是，現在沒有時間，所以不能去看電影）

第二句的意思是：假如我勤力讀書，我會成為醫生（但事實是，現在沒有勤力讀好書，所以就不能成為醫生）


而if i had had time , i would have seen a movie，是用了假設法過去完成式（因從屬子句用了過去完成式）

假設法過去完成式是表示：與過去事實相反的想像，如：
If I had known it, I should have told it to you. （但事實上，那時 我並不知道它，所以沒有告訴你）
而if i had had time , i would have seen a movie。
也就是　若果我那時有時間，我就去看了電影。（但事實上，那時我並沒有時間，所以就沒有看電影）。


雖然這幾句看似沒有太大分別，但字裏行間已交代好了時間。

因為手快快打錯，想補充一下：
if i have studied hard , i would have been a doctor.
是假設法過去完成式才是，而不是假設法過去式

將這句放在正確地方後，相信你就明白。

第二句的意思是：假如我勤力讀書，我會成為醫生（但現實是，那時並沒有勤力讀好書，所以就不能成為醫生）

(1)If I had time, I would see a movie.
This is the subjunctive mood used in olden days. In modern times,used mainly in this situations:-
1.situations contrary to fact
2.wishes
3.suppositions
4.commands
5.suggestions
6.necessity
It means (1) for 1. when I had not time,and do not see the movie.
(2+3):-had had= have studied
while would have seen= would have been;
In 2. my wishes are studied hard and become a doctor, but Not now.
In 3. my suppositions are had the time, would see the movie; but now I can't.
Hence if I were you, I would learn the subjunctive mood (4,5,6.)
