hk govt should pay attention to real hong kong people (those people who holds sar passport)
follow by chinese national
then hk permanent resident.(hk pr) those people hold foreign passport like bno , canadian, australian, usa, uk,.
because they are " foreigner " in hk .
because they belongs to the same category -philippine maid (foreign worker)
should hk govt limit the number of foreigner who is living in hk to ease the overcrowding problem?

No, but Hong Kong government should restrict the numbers of the Mainland Chinese who are coming to Hong Kong. Mainland Chinese in Hong Kong are very prone to commit crimes, so Hong Kong government must restrict the numbers of daily Mainland Chinese visitors in order to reduce the crime rate.

In fact there are not really that much foreigners down Hong Kong. Instead, the government should control the number of CHINESE emigrating to Hong Kong, this small but densely populated city!
The number of Chinese from China (not local) is increasing sharply in Hong Kong.
Since most of them are critically poor (well, of course there are some riches), they use up the public estate quotas in Hong Kong, causing serious lack of housing supply.
Also, have you been to Hong Kong? I went there once and I saw some rude people in the streets, saying bad words, yelling loudly and littering. At first, I thought, why are Hong Kong people so rude and impolite? But I eventually found out they were non-local Chinese by their tonality! They gave Hong Kong poor image.
Also, they use up the medical service in Hong Kong and let their kids study in Hong Kong. the worst of all, they kept buying things and Hong Kong has once had shortage of milk supply due to this matter!
