OUR LEGS TOUCHED and he didnt move away?

we were sitting next to each other in the backseat of the car (cramped with 4 ppl) and our legs touched...he didnt move away his leg even though he had space to move away his legs...what does that mean?

it means youre really young.. or it could mean he doesnt care if his leg skin makes contact with your leg skin?
