which one of following is correct?

First day "OF WORK"

or

First day "AT WORK"?

Both are correct. "First day of work" and "First day at work" both mean the first day on a new job.

These two phrases mean similarly , both means the first day on a new job.
But we use "fist day of work" more than the other one.
