when i turn on a OLD OLD laptop today, window is not loading at all , it just say in the screen "" operating system not found""
so is this means my laptop is gone, and i can just throw it in a garbage ??

It either means the hard drive is dead or the hard drive disconnect. Once you disconnect a H-D you can reconnect it but have to also connect it vrtually

It is not gone. Just re-install the OS again. There must be some file missing in your current OS.

maybe hard disk needs replacement or since its very old try to reinstall the computer with linux mint and make it run like new
