Why the answer is infinitely many solution ?

2. [1 0 13]
[0 1 2]
[0 0 0]

The answer is "Unique Solution"
However, why shouldn't it be infinitely many solution ? the last row is all zero...

1. The system is consistent because there's no row of the form 0 0 ... 0 c where c isn't zero. There is no pivot in the first column so x_1 is a free variable. This means there's infinitely many solutions.

The solutions are, x_3 = 6, x_2 = 19 and x_1 = anything.

2. The system is consistent and there are pivots in all columns except the last. So there is a unique solution.

x_2 = 2, x_1 = 13 is the solution.
