CID當時說不用請律師，
上庭認罪，只是要罰錢，
但現在要留案底及社會服務令(因是刑事)
請問認罪後可否上訴??
因我真的不想留有案底。

The answer is yes.
However, you can only appeal what you have not agreed upon.
For example, your guilty plead is not appealable. The sentencing, in your case, is appealable.
Also - in order for you to succeed, you must be able to show that the police, on the record, has said what you have said. Otherwise, you won't be succeeded.

刑事案的被告人被定罪後，如不服原訟法庭或區域法院法官的判決，可在定罪/判刑當日起計28天內，向上訴法庭申請上訴許可
