這是英文成語:
(be) rich in : 富於; 含有很多xxx

句意:
這座山富含多種礦物.


with a variety of xxx
雖然也是片語, 但多作為副詞片語來用, 意思是「有著/藉著各種各樣的xxx」
如果本句填with, 句意會變成:「有著各種各樣的礦物, 這座山很富有.」
這樣的話語不知所云, 因為「富有」是針對人來說的.
「富含;富於」的意思才可以用來說事物.

若改為下面這句, 就要用with了:
