are there such things as lactation pills?

is there such thing? or may be something like artificially make the mother be able to lactate. maybe trageted to someone like adoptive parents?

Yes there are ways to make someone who has not given birth produce milk. it is not called lactation pills but yes there are 2 drugs that are given to cause milk production and they are taken in conjunction with nipple stimulation and hormones to produce lactation.

There pills to stop your milk, but dont think there are pills to start it

There could be. But ive never heard of them. People just don't drink or eat dairy products.
