租業主檔口做生意，業主負責水電表保養、維修。位于檔口外的來水管爆裂，致其他檔口的貨物受淋，遭受財物損失，追究責任，要求賠償，因此，請問誰應負責賠償？是業主定是租客？

1. Not enough information to determine.The deed of the building will mention the responsibility. In most of the cases, even the owner/landlord is responsible for the water metre installed outside, it does not necessary mean that the owner/landlord has the responsibility to maintain the pipes.
So it is possible that the management company or the owners' corporation is responsible.
