Hi~~~

I don't know what exactly is your question about. But I attempt to interrupt it as follow:

Taking drugs and drive in a high speed for a long time, what will happen?

Can he work normally and how can doctor help?

To answer your first part of your question, actually, when you have taken drugs, you ought not to drive. As some drugs will surely make your brain work abnormally and cause impact, like reacting slowly to some unpredictable stuff.

Some negative effects related to driving when drugs are being taken:

For second part of the question, it is certainly no.

Drugs will affect the mind and the brain will react so slow that his/her behaviour will not be as normal as usual. He/She don't even know what he/she is doing!

Actually, a doctor will not always be near him/her and give him/her advices always. A doctor can only help him/her to get rid of drugs and he/she bears the responsibilty to remind himself/herself not to take those things. The doctor can only try hard to get away the poison stuff when he/she has taken drugs afterwards. So, the most important thing is that people should not take drugs and need to avoid any temptation towards drugs.

Hope that it would be helpful~~~~~
