Can anyone tell me that can i combine the result of HKCEE and HKDSE?
just say if i have 1 C in HKCEE and 2 subject at level 4 in HKDSE, can i be assumed that to have 3 C results in HKCEE?

Actually not because these are different level public examinations. You could combine two certification of examination if two examinations are the same.For example of recruitment in CRE, only same level of examination result they can concern. If you wanted to get the better results, you should retake HKDSE once again.
