Have you got any pen?
Have you got any pens?

Which one is grammatically correct? And which one do people normally use? Thanks.

Line the others explaind but grammatically who says have u got any pens? I mean why you need bunch of pens? People locally grammatically or it's more logical to say have you got a pen? you Got a pen? anyone?

"Any" always takes the plural in this form, if the noun is countable (which "pen" is). So "Have you got any pens" is correct.

The only time there's no "s" is for uncountable nouns like "money", "water", "sugar", etc.
