What are my chances for getting into these UCs?

My top college is UCSD but I also want to get into UCLA and UCB
My overall GPA is 4.17
I've taken ap calc AB and BC, ap English 4, ap stats, ap physics, ap bio
I'm class president, president of a peer tutoring club, treasurer of a community service club, Vice President of a environmental awareness club, I'm on the cross country team.
I have an SAT score of 1800 but I plan on getting it up this October.
What would you say my chances are?
