Since they normally take female hormones, I was just curious if they could produce breast milk for the young?

The chest area of men and women is exactly the same, the only difference is the lack of oestrogen, once oestrogen is introduced to the body in a high enough dosage the mammary glands in the chest start to grow. There is a certain hormone trans women do need to take along with oestrogen to produced breast milk but long story short, yes we can breastfeed. Are breasts are no different from those of a genetic female.
