The chest area of men and women is exactly the same, the only difference is the lack of oestrogen, once oestrogen is introduced to the body in a high enough dosage the mammary glands in the chest start to grow. There is a certain hormone trans women do need to take along with oestrogen to produced breast milk but long story short, yes we can breastfeed.
