Yes I do but all guys are different but I like when woman paint their nails. I think a lot of guys do.

Try different colours too. Red is always a safe bet but I like blue and sometimes and even black with the right outfit which can be very sexy. Experimenting with different colours will help you to learn what looks good when wearing what. And yes I would say most guys do notice. The smallest details all add to the overall image. Hope this advice helps.

All are different. I'll notice, but it doesn't really make a difference to me. I don't like really bright or bold colors, and I'll compliment a design if they have one; but I appreciate paintless nails just as well.
