I know all it takes is time and commitment(and a lot of hard work), but are there other traditional coloring methods that can achieve the same effect?
If watercolor is the best media for coloring manga, how long does it take to master it? Say I practise 30 mins - 1 hour everyday...

Yes, you should learn watercolor painting because these paintings you posted are made with watercolor paint.There are other methods to get the same effect like using transparent oil or acrylic paint but watercolor is the best for that .
I can't tell how long does it take , it really depends on the person because some people learn faster than others , it may take (3 months- 5 years ) but if you work hard, you will master it so don't give up easily !
