The Individual created the State. Then empowered the State. And has the power to destroy it.

Problem is...we have let the State get so powerful that we actually have to ask the question, "Is the State or the Individual more important?".

If you believe the State is more important then you would give your life for it, and you would have to.

Both and neither. Absolute value in favor of the individual is anarchy. Absolute value in favor of the State is tyranny. Neither are healthy or helpful in the advancement of society. A balance must be struck, but my preference is for the scales to tip in favor of the individual.

I don't gamble, but all my money is on the individual. What is most concerning, is the socialist shift in the legal system which serves to implement the value of State rights over that of the individual. The problem is however, that those who serve to protect the alteration will also prevent that evidence from being heard in a public court as is legally required. No one pays attention until there's money involved or bombs.

All for one and one for all!

That is the precise issue that separates liberals from conservatives. Liberals think it is the state.
