I am 14 years old.
5'6
weigh about 145 lbs. I am a size 4-6 in jeans?
Tips on how to safely lose like ten lbs or 15? Thank you.

You are slightly over weight I'd say 130-135 is a good weight for you.

your not overweight dear. But if your that concerned, just start going for walks, then you can move up to jogging.
