Trilaurin is the triacylglycerol consisting of 3 molecules of lauric acid in ester linkages to the three -OH groups of glycerol. The reaction would be an acid-catalyzed hydrolysis reaction. You could look up the general reaction for the hydrolysis of any triacylglycerol into glycerol and 3 fatty acids and use it as the basis for this specific reaction. Any organic chemistry book or biochemistry book should be able to help you out.

This PDF has the basic equation at the bottom of the first page: http://scifun.chem.wisc.edu/chemweek/pdf/fats&oils.pdf . I would just add [H+] as a catalyst.
