我覺得「to enjoy the present」是「享受當下」，而是比較正面，是叫人「積極愉快地生活」，而「及時行樂」則比較負面，所以有點不太適合啦。

建議可以譯成：
Enjoy as much as you can before you cannot（盡量享受，直至不行為止）
Live for the pleasure at the moment（只為現在這一刻的快感而活）
Taste every sweet bit in your life before it is too late（嘗盡生命中的甜蜜，在一切都太遲之前）

這類感性的句子沒有所謂標準翻譯，全看對那句說話的感覺，三句都是負面語便按負面感情譯
