關於peristalsis（蠕動）

應該會～因為係條件反射。
但係水流得太快，其實蠕動也只能少量地減低水在食道的流速，基本上不用數秒鐘水就已經到達胃部～

The second statement should be correct too.
This is because peristalsis of the esophagus (食道) is stimulated by the food in the muscular tube.
肌肉應該不懂分辨是哪種食物，所以只要食道璧的肌肉受到刺激（有食物）就會蠕動。
