I don't really know if you would like it, but my favourite record to listen during autumn is "October Rust" by the gothic/doom metal band Type O Negative. The music on that album is very atmospheric and the genreral mood of the songs sounds like autumn. It is much more atmospheric than any other of their albums and it has some great compositions.
