My boyfriend sucked on/licked my nipple 4 days ago. For some reason I started getting paranoid about herpes so I looked at my nipple and I had a tiny, painless white bump on my nipple. I tryed to pop it but nothing happened and I squeezed until it bled and I have done that with every tiny bump or anything I've seen on my nipple and it's not a pretty sight now. I know that it's possible to get herpes on your breast/nipple, but how likely? I have heard the skin is too thick for it to just pass through. My boyfriend gets CANKER sores (which are NOT the same as cold sores, or oral herpes) but he has never gotten any cold sores that he knows of. I also know its possible to have the virus and never know it but still. How likely is it to catch herpes of the nipple by someone licking or sucking it
Unlikely to be herpes. Herpes doesn't usually affect the breasts. It likes to live on wet areas of the body like the mouth or genitals. If its painless it's probably not herpes. To be sure you should have a doctor check it out.
You have the hydrosynatic type of herpes. It only appears on the nipple, as the herpes travel through the nipple holes. It causes painless white bumps, as you saw, and it spreads through popping them. I advise you to ice it until the bumps stop bleeding, or else your nipple may end up peeling, which may result in the removal of it.
