豐富既早餐 英文?

Hearty breakfast = 豐富的早餐
Rich breakfast = 字面解 ”豐富的早餐”, It may mean 味濃的,油膩的早餐

A hearty breakfast is a large and very satisfying breakfast. (~ large enough to satisfy hunger)

A rich breakfast contains lots of fat, oil, eggs .. etc or having a lot of flavour which you feel full quickly.

The breakfast (or food) was a bit too rich for me.

I think you had better use “hearty breakfast” instead.
e.g. hearty meal, hearty lunch

“hearty” can also mean happy and friendly and usually loud
e.g. hearty laugh, hearty welcome, hearty handshake

He gave a hearty laugh. 他縱聲大笑,開心地笑
They gave us a hearty welcome. 他們熱誠地歡迎我們
He gave me a hearty handshake. 他和我親切地握了手

豐富既早餐 = 大量的，多選擇的，好吃的早餐。但不一定是昂貴或高品質的。
Hearty Breakfast = abundant (quantity and choice) and satisfying (so it must taste good).
Therefore, Hearty Breakfast = 豐富既早餐。

我見有些寫hearty breakfast, 有些寫rich breakfast, 兩者一樣意思嗎?
但hearty好似有其他意思，是否用rich 比較普遍用來代表豐富既早餐呢?
