From CDG to your hotel, you can take Roissy Bus to Opera, then walk around 7 - 10 mins along the Boulevard des Italiens.

The hotel is not difficult to be found.

Roissy Bus should be better than RER+metro, at least you don't need to move the luggage up and down in the metro, although it is not the cheapest way.
