My Chiwawa : 5 yrs old, long hair, white > get hair loss problem,
he did not look sick and active, eat all the meal and have no bugs.
He get sensitive skin and under control by special shampoo.
temp here is 30 to 32C, is it too hot for Chiwawa ?
Should we take him to do hair cut ?

You do NOT treat a hair loss problem with a haircut. Yo need to take the dog to the vet for a diagnosis. If he has hair loss, it is probably a medical issue such as: mange or low thyroid. Air temperatures of 30 -32 (86 to 89 degrees F) is too warm for the dog without shade & water and I would not leave a dog in that temp for long.
